Features:

Saves Data to database
Allow you to change your own background png/jpg.
Allow saving vehicle properties in the document:
Will allow player to transfer their personal vehicle to another player.
Usage: /givecarownership
New Owner of the vehicle will receive a Pink Slip Document that contains Certificate of Title of the vehicle.
